Here we bring a super easy recipe on how to make paneer momos.

Ingredients of Momos (Vegetable Stuffed)
|– 1 cup white cabbage – 1 cup paneer|
– 1/4 cup green peppercorns (mirch) – 1 medium size onion (finely chopped)
– 3 and 1/2 tablespoon coriander (dhania) leaves – 4 cloves garlic
– 1-inch ginger – 2 green chili
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 4 tbsp spring onion, chopped
|– 1 cup maida / plain flour – 1/4 teaspoon salt|
– 1 teaspoon refined oil – 1/2 cup water for kneading (saanana)
Pick a large mixing bowl and take 1 cup maida/plain flour with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Time to add 1/2 cup water and start kneading the dough.
Do you think you need knead to smooth and soft the dough, add water according to your requirement.
Now grease (chikana) a tablespoon of oil over dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Stuffing and Filling Preparation
Start with preparaing stuff by heating 3 tablespoon of oil and pan-fry 4 cloves garlic, 1-inch ginger and 2 green chili.
You should not add 2 tbsp spring onion and stir well.
Now add 1 onion and saute till the time onion shrinks lightly. Time to add 1 cup white cabbage. Well, singe until cabbage shrinks.
After adding 1 cup paneer with 1/4 cup green peppercorns, 1 teaspoon salt, and saute it. Continue mixing it until paneer and spices are well combined. Add 2 more tbsp spring onion and mix. Let the stuffing get cool.
Paneer Momos Shaping
Make the small sized dough and dust the layer with maida and start rolling thin.
Use a round shape cup and cut it.
Later put the tablespoon of prepared stuffing in the centre. Start folding from one side. Fold until you reach 3/4 of the circle.
Seal off the part with other parts and confirm its tight.
Put the steamer on heat and now carefully place the paneer momos on the try without touching each other. Steam them for 12-15 minutes or until the shinny sheen is visible on them.
Paneer Momos recipe is ready and have it serve with momos chutney.
