DU News: Delhi University release examination form

Recently, Delhi University released the examination form for the semester scheduled to end on May-June 2020. Students who are due to appear in semester exam with Delhi University are required to fill the form.

Whereas with the announcement, Delhi University official exam website examportal.duresult.in is burdened with traffic since yesterday. So its an appeal to students to take time and keep patience before trying filling the examination form. Students registered under Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses either ex-student or regular one can fill their tentative examination form. May 15, 2020, the last date set for submission of forms.

Even you had physically submitted the form before the colleges were closed amid the coronavirus outbreak, then also you are liable to fill/update the form online. Although you have paid the examination fee, you are not required to pay again. Option for those who haven’t paid the fees is either pay online or physically once the college reopens after the lockdown is lifted. Try opening the portal over the laptop and brisk wifi connection and close all the other apps if possible.

  1. Go to the official student portal website of DU to fill the form. With this click onto,  DU May-June Exam Form 2020 direct link here.
  2. While the new window opens, get your hands onto your university roll number, then accordingly fill it up, select your college name, enter your roll number, your name, and date of birth to set up your account.
  3. As soon you are done, you will again be forwarded to the new window, click on the examination form. Provide the information asked and submit.
  4. Once submitted, the option of the page for printing the examination form will appear. In any case, you are not connected or approachable to the printer, save the document in the PDF format to take print in the future. This print out is vital to submit in college physically when reopened.

Take a note, no official date from the Delhi University administration is announced. However, the colleges have started to take examination for internal assessment which was long pending. Reports from the officials say, UGC is working on a plan to conduct the examination. Stay tuned for the more updates.
